But I think you have put some of the issue about our country, where we are? We have no doubt about BRAC performance but have to realize the situation of other NGOs. Last ruling Government NFE Programme under Government mechanism were gone through massive corruption, syndication and mismanagement. Finally the donors hand over the total fund to a few big NGOs. The donors says, they have capacity and they are holding most of fund and others NGOs are diverted to purchase the fund any where. Some big NGOs are seeking fund from Government Project at the same time they are member of subvention committees. Otherwise it will half done.
